Hygiene

Glass I received my wine in had numerous mouth marks & greasy fingerprints on. Barmaid gave me another glass after taking inner bag out of wine box & squeezing it until last drop was extracted. Glass was filthy. She tried at least 12 other glasses & all were greasy & had lip marks on. Asked for my money back & left.
