  • 1 They have damaged my unit and charged for inspection

The Duncans provided me a very poor service. My Sony DVD Cinema System had problem with the audio port. They hold my unit for almost 2 months and during this time damaged my cinema system to the point that it failed to play any DVD`s. In this point I asked Sony for replacement of the faulty player. It took them 6 months to make the decision, the reason for it was that Duncans didn’t recorded the fact that they have damaged my unit. When Sony finally decided to replace the faulty unit, Duncans charged me 35 pounds for testing my original unit. That’s ridiculous. They have damaged my Cinema system and then charged me for inspection. Dealing with them cost me a lot of time and stress that’s why I will strongly advice to avoid them.
