I am a parent of a child who goes to this club i would say to anyone that wonts to teach their child respect and disapline comes. Also tha hole fitness level and keeping fit and having Great Fun at the same time this is whare you wont to go.The instructors are first class and show alot of respect to all as we are like a Big Family as team work is alway's first.

Blow my own trumpet!

I'm very excited about this one. In one year we've managed to raise enough funds to send 19 people over to Dublin for Europe's largest tournament, fully matted the hall in which we train, paid entry fees to local competitions, bought new equipment for the classes we teach. All thanks to the unique way my club works. A family club that does exactly what it says on the tin! You'll not find another club like it anywhere.

I say yes

I have found this club has shown my son so much in disapline and respect also how to over come bullys aswell as keeping his fitness up.This has proved to me that joining this club was the right thing to do and it is fun to as my son who is 8yrs old loves it. The instructors are so good and i would recomend them.
