• Very disappointing! - not deserve even half rate!

  Do not go for this guy if you do not want to end up in learning 57 hours but no test! I cannot agree with Anon enough that this guy has little patience and less ability to make a learner feel confidence! I learnt 57 hours with him and yet he did not agree to put me on the test, trying to persuade me to extend my test and take more lessons from him. I decided to stop at last, but then it was such a pain to ask for refund from him (I paid in block so had 3 hours refund)!!! He said he would send me a cheque soon, but no news after that. Not answering call or replying to my text message. I had to call his home and luckily he answered and said he was going to do so the next day. Another three days gone but I still have not receive any, and again not answering my calls or replying to my message. Enough!!! I was made to visit his home!!! and was told it was sent already, if i hav enot receive it, there is nothing with him, I should speak to post office!!! However he was not able to show me the receipt! Only a track number from somewhere stating a delivery was just sent out that day! So I am still waiting for the cheque while I am writing this review! Ok, i think that is enough I wont go in details any other disappointments during the lessons. If you are after hassles and an unhappy way to spend money but not an instructor to help you through the driving test, this guy is certainly the one!

• Disappointing

  This guy knows how to drive and I think he knows how to teach; but he lacks patience and the ability to make a learner feel confident under his instruction. I was turned from an enthusiastic new learner to a nervous, hesitant amateur driver, with recurrent faults at a basic level, which he simply had not the patience to address properly. It took a new instructor from BSM to restore my former confidence - BSM, I may add, in about 3 lessons, transformed me into a confident, relaxed driver, ready to take my test. Don't go with this guy; it's just not worth it.
